Stock markets continued to trade in a consolidation phase at higher levels on Friday, as investor sentiment improved following the U.S. statement that talks with Iran remain on the table and a decision on supporting Israel will be made within two weeks.

At 9:30 hours, the 30-share benchmark index was trading at 81546.61 up by 184.74 points or by 0.23 % and then NSE Nifty was at 24859.7 up by 66.45 points or by 0.27 %.

Sensex touched intraday high of 81651.3 and intraday low of 81323.2 The NSE Nifty touched intraday high of 24881.5 and intraday low of 24783.65
