The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 18.55 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 23.10 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.70 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 27.62 per cent at Rs 67.28 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 92.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 27.35 per cent to Rs 44.82 crore from Rs 61.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 257.75 per cent at Rs 2.54 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.71 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 28.17 per cent to Rs 22.46 crore as against Rs 31.27 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 0.74 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 40.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.06 crore, while Taxation decreased by 26.85 per cent at Rs 6.24 crore (Jun'24 Rs 8.53 crore).
