The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.96 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.79 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 148.10 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 59.28 per cent at Rs 17.25 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 10.83 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 53.09 per cent to Rs 14.88 crore from Rs 9.72 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 157.14 per cent at Rs 0.90 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.35 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 111.61 per cent to Rs 2.37 crore as against Rs 1.12 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 33.07 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.03 crore, while Taxation increased by 103.70 per cent at Rs 0.55 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.27 crore).
