The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.12 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 0.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 848.15 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose three fold by 327.99 per cent at Rs 60.56 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 366.15 per cent to Rs 50.95 crore from Rs 10.93 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 383.33 per cent at Rs 0.87 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.18 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 198.45 per cent to Rs 9.61 crore as against Rs 3.22 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 30.18 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 56.38 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.33 crore, while Taxation increased by 1261.54 per cent at Rs 1.77 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.13 crore).
