The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 4.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 5.65 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 18.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 10.89 per cent at Rs 26.76 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 30.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.49 per cent to Rs 40.59 crore from Rs 37.76 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 32.85 per cent at Rs 23.58 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 17.75 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 78.68 per cent to Rs -13.83 crore as against Rs -7.74 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 100.54 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 26.67 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.22 crore, while Taxation increased by 37.50 per cent at Rs 0.11 crore (Jun'24 Rs 0.08 crore).
