The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 2.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.07 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 78.05 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.78 per cent at Rs 27.43 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 22.90 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 100.08 per cent to Rs 24.25 crore from Rs 12.12 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 11.11 per cent at Rs 0.08 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 0.09 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 70.47 per cent to Rs 3.18 crore as against Rs 10.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 75.37 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 26.32 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.72 crore
