This is further to our letter dated July 15, 2025, intimating entitlement of 3i Infotech Inc., USA, material subsidiary of the Company ('US Subsidiary') to grant of USD 2,144,816.87 pertaining to employees' retention credit. \r\n\r\nWe have been notified by 3i Infotech Inc., USA, material subsidiary of the Company ('US Subsidiary'), on August 5, 2025, 7:08 p.m. (IST), that US Subsidiary has received another intimation of overpayment dated July 7, 2025 (received by it on August 4, 2025), from Internal Revenue Service, Department of Treasury, Cincinnati, USA, along with payment instrument. Pursuant to this intimation, US Subsidiary is entitled to an additional grant of USD 2,260,973.87 pertaining to employees' retention credit, as per 'Employee Retention Tax Credit' Scheme. With this, total grant entitlement under the Scheme stands at USD 4,405,790.74.\r\n\r\nYou are requested to take the same on record.\r\n
