The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 520.09 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 737.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.44 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.47 per cent at Rs 5,285.20 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 5,774.12 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 5.88 per cent to Rs 4,197.44 crore from Rs 4,459.55 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 31.93 per cent at Rs 520.68 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 764.97 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 17.25 per cent to Rs 1,087.76 crore as against Rs 1,314.57 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 9.62 per cent in June quarter.

Interest declined by 9.37 per cent y-o-y to Rs 497.35 crore, while Taxation decreased by 30.76 per cent at Rs 148.72 crore (Jun'24 Rs 214.80 crore).
