The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 10.04 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 45.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 33.47 per cent at Rs 180.66 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 135.36 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 30.59 per cent to Rs 160.39 crore from Rs 122.82 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 33.99 per cent at Rs 1.01 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.53 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 61.64 per cent to Rs 20.27 crore as against Rs 12.54 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 21.17 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 295.65 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.91 crore, while Taxation increased by 40.69 per cent at Rs 4.91 crore (Jun'24 Rs 3.49 crore).
