The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 28.21 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.49 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 145.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 104.49 per cent at Rs 409.69 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 200.35 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 111.60 per cent to Rs 352.71 crore from Rs 166.69 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 91.19 per cent at Rs 3.04 crore versus (Jun'24 Rs 1.59 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 69.25 per cent to Rs 56.97 crore as against Rs 33.66 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 17.20 per cent in June quarter.

Interest grew by 5.81 per cent y-o-y to Rs 9.29 crore, while Taxation increased by 146.21 per cent at Rs 15.93 crore (Jun'24 Rs 6.47 crore).
