Aeroflex Enterprises Limited (formerly known as SAT Industries Limited) announced that its subsidiary, M.R. Organisation Ltd., has acquired a 51% equity stake in ABP Impex, a Portugal-based company specializing in high-pressure compressor services. The acquisition was executed through M.R. Organisation’s USA subsidiary as part of a strategic initiative to strengthen its presence in the global compressor market.

ABP Impex, known for its strong technical capabilities and robust EBITDA margins, manufactures and services a wide range of high-pressure compressor components. This acquisition is expected to significantly enhance M.R. Organisation’s aftermarket and service capabilities across key international markets.

The deal is also set to open new growth avenues, including:

Expansion of product and service offerings across Portugal, Europe, and Latin America

Cross-selling opportunities through M.R. Organisation’s existing and acquired customer networks

Access to ABP’s industry expertise under the leadership of Mr. Marcelo Brocco, a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the compressed air industry
