With respect to the captioned matter, we would like to inform that pursuant to the listing of equity shares of the Company on the recognized Stock Exchanges namely BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, the CIN of the Company has been changed from U40100KA2013PLC093769 to L40100KA2013PLC093769 by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
