The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.92 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 6.69 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 41.41 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.64 per cent at Rs 476.42 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 404.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 17.75 per cent to Rs 468.16 crore from Rs 397.60 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.23 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 0.69 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 12.08 per cent to Rs 8.26 crore as against Rs 7.37 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 4.95 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 0.00 per cent y-o-y to Rs 2.18 crore, while Taxation increased by 136.76 per cent at Rs 1.61 crore (Mar'24 Rs 0.68 crore).
