Bajaj Consumer Care Limited has informed the Exchange about General Updates - The Company has completed the acquisition of tranche 2 shares today, i.e., 51% (fifty one percent) of the equity share capital of the Target Company, for a consideration of INR 61,18,23,600. Pursuant to this, the Target Company has now become 100% subsidiary of the Company.
