The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 6.91 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 20.26 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.89 per cent.

Net revenue of the company declined by 5.27 per cent at Rs 444.00 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 468.68 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.07 per cent to Rs 435.23 crore from Rs 434.91 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 111.81 per cent at Rs 15.25 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 7.20 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 74.03 per cent to Rs 8.77 crore as against Rs 33.77 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 72.54 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 27.61 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.97 crore, while Taxation decreased by 59.84 per cent at Rs 2.53 crore (Mar'24 Rs 6.30 crore).
