The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 33.48 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 38.87 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.87 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 15.20 per cent at Rs 420.55 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 365.05 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 21.01 per cent to Rs 372.95 crore from Rs 308.19 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 38.47 per cent at Rs 8.89 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 6.42 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 16.29 per cent to Rs 47.60 crore as against Rs 56.86 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 27.34 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 7.47 per cent y-o-y to Rs 1.87 crore, while Taxation decreased by 10.95 per cent at Rs 10.41 crore (Mar'24 Rs 11.69 crore).
