The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 101.11 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 115.58 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 12.52 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose marginally by 1.43 per cent at Rs 367.44 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 362.27 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 7.48 per cent to Rs 201.71 crore from Rs 187.68 crore in year ago period.

Other Income dipped by 6.88 per cent at Rs 22.06 crore versus (Mar'24 Rs 23.69 crore).

Operating Profit slipped by 5.08 per cent to Rs 165.73 crore as against Rs 174.60 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 6.41 per cent in March quarter.

Interest grew by 3.03 per cent y-o-y to Rs 13.62 crore, while Taxation increased by 5.33 per cent at Rs 33.60 crore (Mar'24 Rs 31.90 crore).
