Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that it has disbursed 100% of the Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA) for the January–March quarter to more than 70% of its employees.
The company further stated that for employees in other grades, QVA payouts are based on the performance of their respective business units, in line with TCS's consistent policy across all quarters.
“We have paid 100% QVA to over 70% of our workforce. For other employee grades, the payout is linked to the performance of their respective business units, as per our standard practice,” TCS said in an official statement.
