NTPC Limited has informed the Exchange about Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding Declaration of COD of third and last part capacity of 60 MW out of 150 MW Gujarat Solar PV Project of NTPC Renewable Energy Limited (NTPC REL),a stepdown subsidiary of NTPC Limited through its subsidiary NTPC Green Energy Limited.
