As of March 2025, 46.70% is owned by Indian Promoters and 53.30% by Public.

Top five Promoters holding highest number of shares of ARSS Infrastructure company are Sidhant Financial Services Limited (33.93 lakhs shares / 14.92%), Arss Developers Limited (31.83 lakhs shares / 14.00%), Subash Agarwal (13.82 lakhs shares / 6.08%), Mohanlal Agarwal (7.62 lakhs shares / 3.35%) and Rajesh Agarwal (5.39 lakhs shares / 2.37%).
