The Company is not required to submit a Disclosure on Related Party Transactions under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the half year ended September 30, 2024 pursuant to Regulation 15(2)(b) of Listing Regulations.
